"Is Linnton in Portland?", asked my husband, Steve, after spending a day taking photographs for my blogs. Since Linnton is one of Portland's Neighborhood Associations, my answer would have been "Yes", if I hadn't had the experience of collecting and documenting $5 donations from people who live in Portland, in 2005 and 2007. Since then, I know that part of Linnton is within the city of Portland, part of it is outside.

There are at least two other Portland Neighborhood Associations with boundaries outside the city. Would anyone like to name one?
